After New York, Las Vegas, Paris and Brussels, the glittering skyline of Monaco is certainly the next logical step (up) for extraordinary dining experience Dinner In The Sky.
JustUnlimited have truly pushed the bar with this one: from 7th to 16th July, some 600 guests will be suspended above the earth as high-profile chefs serve up three daily meals of haute gourmet. A sunny afternoon, a beautiful sunset view or beneath a starry sky; the choice is yours for a setting as you and 21 others are spirited away to 50m above the principality for a luxurious meal with a 360° panoramic view.
A range of the region’s most iconic chefs will be cooking for diners, such as Prince Albert II’s personal chef Christian Garcia, La Chèvre d’Or’s Arnaud Faye (two Michelin stars) and Marcel Ravin from Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel (one Michelin star).
According to the organisers, almost all of the seats have already sold out despite the experience costing 1,000€. This includes a transfer to the steps of the Casino de Monte Carlo in a limousine (if you live between Nice and Monaco), a VIP welcome reception on the casino’s terrace and all food and drinks. For those hoping to sample this sky high delight, but are travelling from further away, JustUnlimited can also organise helicopter transfers from Saint Tropez, Geneva and Corsica.
The lunch seating begins at 12pm and the dinners respectively at 7.30pm and 10pm.
